3rd Time No Show
100% non-refundable deposit to schedule. We miss you! But our service providers have been waiting…
Please understand that when you forget or cancel an appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time, and to contact clients on our waiting list. Our appointments are confirmed in advance because we know how easy it is to forget. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Rescheduling Fee will apply.
As a courtesy, we will text/call/email if requested to confirm your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and a Rescheduling Fee.
